A Chicago based band Farkus is a newer name on USA indie market, even that some of members had a previous working experience.
They work as a quartet, and during the 2008 year, they have released a debut EP, entitled "Thought You Should Know".
A few very positive reactions/reviews exsists on web portals/blogs, about mentioned offerings.
Through 6 present songs and little less than 24 minutes, a band has introduced own authors views. Musically, their materials balancing between several stylish/performing options as a art/indie rock, post grunge, dreamy and even noise pop, different alter variations and some other things in- between. A band is also infected by the 90's period, and its lirical visions posses emotional and pretty insightful threathening. A songs are different among them, but complete materials were done in precise and refine way.
Farkus songs posses analytic approach, and aren' t acceptable on first listenings.
