John Thomson is Evansville, Indiana based musician/songwriter/ guitarist/singer, with longest carrear behind. His background included cooperation with many jazz/country/rock performers/groups. Also, his guitar technique touches classical music areas. Since 1999, he has been active playing guitar with church worship team.
"Through The Fire" is a debut full-length, where John in his own way has offered self-penned songs, with one so call mainstream approach.
His materials comphrises elements of classic rock, rock with blues roots, country, and rock with christian psychology. Also a 70's touch is evident on present songs, as same as pretty melodic tunnings. Complete materials were done in similiar motorization/manner, and one "coolie"
atmosphere dominates. Even of that, I couldn' t find any recognizable potential hittish songs, but on the other hand most of materials posses radio acceptables and usings . "Through The Fire" contains pretty listanable portion of songs, done with a strong performing background, and clear emotionals.
